Staples: It wasn't that EASY.

So today, I hand in my letter of resignation to Staples: Business Depot. I have had many great moments at Staples and few troublesome memories. Nonetheless I have appreciated the employment and the opportunity to grow in product knowledge. I am so thankful for the praise and support that I received from every one of my mangers. I am thankful to be respected for my knowledge and for my skill. I never felt demeaned by my staff team; however, customers are another story.

After 4 years working part time in Computer Sales and Computer Technician I am moving onto serve with Campus Crusade for Christ. This was a big move for me, because without realizing I started to see my part-time employment at Staples as a backup plan to failing at raising my financial support. How faithless could I be? So now I am going to leap, to walk without a safety net. God provides for what I need; enough to be trusting in Him and to do His will.

Things that I will miss:
- Wearing a red shirt meant I could be respected by customers as a knowledgeable computer associate.
- Co-workers who became friends.
- Constantly playing with new electronic gadgets which often satisfied my gadget lusts without me actually having to spend hard earned money.
- Customers who became clients who became friends
- once in while 50-70%off deals off old products.

Things that I will NOT miss:
- wearing a red shirt meant that I was deserving of belittling by obnoxious customers
- Being yelled at from across several aisles. "HEY-YOU" aka. I'm too lazy to ask nicely for assistance. What ever happened to "excuse me"?
